2. Subscriptions for Schools

a. License and Use of the Course

  • Schools that purchase the Course are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, time-limited license to use the Course materials for one academic year (12 months from the date of purchase).

  • This license permits the use of the Course only within the purchasing school and for the sole purpose of delivering food education to students.

  • Schools may renew their subscription annually to maintain access to the Course materials.

b. Restrictions

  • Schools agree not to copy, share, distribute, modify, or make the Course materials accessible to any third party, including other schools, organizations, or individuals.

  • Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Course materials is a violation of copyright law and these Terms.

c. Subscription Renewal

  • Subscriptions are valid for one academic year. Renewal reminders will be sent before the expiration of the subscription period.

  • If a subscription is not renewed, access to the Course materials will be revoked at the end of the subscription period.

 

3. Recipes

The recipes available on our website are provided for personal, non-commercial use by parents and guardians to support the food education program. Users may print or save these recipes for their own use but may not republish, distribute, or otherwise share them without prior written permission.
