Refund Policy for Hungry Ears Course

We aim to provide a high-quality learning experience for all. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be granted for the downloadable online course costing £300, which runs through the school academic year.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation Before Course Start:

    • Full refunds are available if the request is made within 14 days of purchase and before the course start date.

  2. Early Withdrawal:

    • If you withdraw from the course within the first 30 days after the course start date, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • After the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

  3. Technical Issues:

    • If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to the course materials and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you may request a full refund.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances:

    • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances. Supporting documentation will be required.

 

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to complete or engage with the course materials after access is granted.

  • Change of mind after the course materials have been accessed or downloaded.

  • Requests made after the course has been completed.

 

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email with the subject line: "Refund Request for Hungry Ears Food Education for Kids."

  2. Include your:

    • Name

    • Purchase receipt or order number

    • Reason for requesting a refund

  3. Requests must be submitted within the refund-eligible period as outlined above.

 

We aim to process refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Digital Download Disclaimer

As this is a downloadable course, access to the materials is granted immediately upon purchase. By purchasing this course, you acknowledge that:

  • Accessing or downloading the course materials constitutes "use" of the product.

  • Refunds may be denied if substantial portions of the course have already been accessed or downloaded.
